Critical Care Intensivist / ICU Specialist

We are recruiting exceptional Critical Care Specialists on behalf of our hospital partners operating large, high-acuity ICUs. This role demands the highest level of clinical expertise and leadership, managing ventilated, haemodynamically unstable and multi-organ failure patients in fast-paced, resource-rich environments. Successful candidates will have a fellowship or sub-specialist training in critical care medicine and a track record of outcomes improvement in intensive care settings.

• Provide comprehensive medical management of critically ill adult patients in level 2/3 ICUs
• Lead daily multidisciplinary ward rounds and goal-of-care discussions with families
• Manage complex mechanical ventilation strategies, vasopressor titration and renal replacement therapy
• Oversee procedural skills including central lines, arterial lines, bronchoscopy and thoracocentesis
• Drive quality improvement initiatives, audit processes and mortality and morbidity reviews
• Supervise and educate registrars, resident medical officers and ICU nursing staff

• MBBS / MBChB or equivalent primary medical degree
• Post-graduate fellowship or equivalent sub-specialist training in Intensive Care Medicine
• Full specialist registration with the relevant medical board in the country of placement
• Minimum 5 years post-fellowship experience in a level 2 or level 3 ICU
• Demonstrated leadership, teaching and research capabilities
