Role Overview
Mehermedics is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Nurse to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. In this role you will deliver one-on-one clinical care to patients in their own homes, managing chronic conditions, post-surgical recovery and end-of-life care with dignity and professionalism. You will be the primary point of contact for patients and their families, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough patient assessments on admission and at regular intervals
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician
• Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the supervising clinician
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with local regulatory requirements
• Educate patients and family members on care plans, medication management and lifestyle adjustments
• Coordinate with physiotherapists, social workers and community services as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
• Registered Nurse qualification from an accredited institution
• Valid nursing license in the country of placement (or commitment to obtain one prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years clinical or home-care experience
• Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driving license (where applicable)
