Role Overview
We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses for home health roles with leading care providers across our partner network. You will manage a caseload of medically complex patients, providing clinical assessment, wound care, infusion therapy, chronic disease management and rehabilitation support. This is a senior clinical role requiring sound independent judgment, strong documentation practice and a genuine passion for community-centred healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments for newly enrolled home health patients
• Develop, implement and regularly review individualised care plans
• Provide skilled nursing interventions including wound care, catheter management and IV therapy
• Coordinate with physicians, allied health professionals and insurance case managers
• Supervise CNAs and PSWs within your assigned patient caseload
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Current RN license valid in the placement country
• Minimum 3 years post-registration clinical experience, ideally in community or home health
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Strong assessment, critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
