Registered Nurse – Home Health

We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to join clinical and home health teams in Nuremberg, Germany. This role involves direct patient care in community and home settings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to high standards of care and patient safety. You'll manage complex caseloads, provide clinical assessments, and be central to care planning and continuity.

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments on admission and at regular intervals
• Develop, implement and regularly review individualised care plans
• Deliver clinical interventions including wound care, medication administration and IV therapies where required
• Monitor and document patient condition, escalating concerns to medical staff
• Coordinate with allied health professionals and social services to ensure integrated care
• Mentor and supervise junior care staff where applicable

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification (BSN preferred) with current registration in the country of placement or eligibility to register
• Minimum 2–3 years post-registration clinical experience, ideally in community or home health
• Strong assessment, communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently, make clinical judgements and manage a caseload
• Evidence of continuing professional development and clinical competency
